The program works by taking these into account:

- Your skin type

- Your acne type (inflammed or non-inflammed)

- Your skin condition

- How fast your skin adapts to products

- Lifestyle considerations that could be affecting your skin

What the Acne Bootcamp entails:

-A thorough consulation which includes information such as:  what causes acne, lifestyle choices that affect acne (including food and other supplements), pore clogging ingredients, drugs (prescription and recreational),  and recommeded product instructions.  After going through all the information, I give you the packet to take home with you so you can refer to it anytime.

-Testing your skin with an exfoliant before giving you a home care regimen and give you the strongest home care products that your skin will tolerate, specifically chosen for the type of acne that you have.  If you are using products that are too strong, your skin will become irritated, dry, and still break out.

-Coaching you on your home care routine thoroughly to make sure you understand how to use your recommended skin care products at home.

-Assessing your skin condition every time you come in for a treatment.  If your skin is irritated and dry from product use, then I adjust your home care  products for just a few days.
